An ambitious and detail-driven professional is sought for an exciting opportunity with a fast-paced, customer-focused organisation. As one of their sales administrators, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring every client receives a seamless and high-quality experience from the moment of purchase through to final delivery.

This is a dynamic support role within a high-performing team, ideal for someone who thrives on precision, communication, and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage post-sale service orders with speed and accuracy
  • Liaising with external partners to confirm arrangements and resolve queries
  • Prepare and issue final documentation with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Handle inbound customer queries with clarity and warmth
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and clear expectations
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively chase outstanding confirmations
  • Support general administrative tasks across the department

Experience meeting goals or targets in a previous role is important, and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems will help you hit the ground running. Most of all, we’re looking for enthusiasm and curiosity—sector experience isn’t essential, but a genuine interest in delivering exceptional service is.
