We are seeking a dedicated EYFS SEN Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Blackpool from September.About the RoleYou will be working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), providing tailored support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference during a crucial stage of development, helping children to access learning, build confidence and thrive socially and emotionally.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SENAssist in the delivery of personalised learning plansWork collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCo and external professionalsSupport communication, social interaction and emotional developmentHelp create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environmentMonitor progress and contribute to observations and reportsThe Ideal Candidate Will:Have experience working with children in EYFS or a similar settingHave knowledge or experience of SEN (e.g. ASD, speech and language needs, developmental delay)Be patient, empathetic, and adaptable in their approachHave strong communication and teamwork skillsBe committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of ..... full job details .....
