Our acquisition team plays a pivotal role in fuelling consultant growth, with a target to increase consultant numbers significantly through quality-driven, values-aligned recruitment. You will work within the Consultant Acquisition Team, supporting Consultant Acquisition Executives and contributing to the team''s strategic objectives and KPIs. Your role is to help source, engage and prequalify ideal candidates for the Taylor Rose Consultancy Programme, delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to onboarding, as well as helping to organise and provide admin support for the team. You will be a brand ambassador for Taylor Rose, communicating the value of our consultant programme compellingly, professionally and with genuine enthusiasm, helping us achieve our goal of building a high-quality, growing consultant community.
