What You''ll Be Doing Back of House - Food Preparation Preparing and cooking delicious spuds and other menu items to our standards. Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen. Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times. Ensuring food is prepared safely, consistently and efficiently. Helping with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen duties. Front of House - Customer Service Welcoming customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Taking orders, serving food and ensuring every customer has a great experience. Preparing and serving our spuds and other menu items to a high standard. Handling customer questions and requests professionally. Keeping the service area clean, tidy and well presented. What We''re Looking For A positive attitude and a genuine passion for food and customer service. Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
