Lead and manage a social care team to ensure timely, high-quality assessments, support, and interventions for children, young people, and families.Collaborate with the Service Manager/Head of Service to develop and deliver services for vulnerable children and families, aiming to protect them from significant harm.Monitor and manage the team\''s budget and resources.Ensure adherence to County policies and procedures; raise concerns as appropriate.Work from the office in Kidlington three days a week, with the option to claim for business mileage.Location: Kidlington, Oxfordshire, England.
