We''re looking for an inspirational and experienced Team Manager to lead our dedicated team at Leigh Bank Residential Rehabilitation Service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference within a specialist residential setting, supporting people on their recovery journey from substance use and helping them build positive, sustainable futures. As Team Manager, you will provide strong operational leadership across the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, person-centred care whilst creating a positive and supportive environment for both colleagues and the people we support. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week across a 7-day rota, requiring flexibility to meet the needs of a residential service operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Role Responsibility As Team Manager, you will be responsible for: Providing day-to-day leadership and operational management of the residential rehabilitation service. Leading, motivating and developing a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes. Ensuring high-quality, safe and effective support is delivered in line with regulatory requirements and Turning Point standards.
