Team Manager - Supported AccommodationLocation: WarwickshireSalary: £17-20 per hour depending on pay status Hours: Full time Monday-Friday On-call rota (1 week in 3)Duration: Temporary with potential to become permanentSupporting Futures are working with a well-established charity delivering accommodation-based support to people experiencing homelessness. The service provides safe, supported accommodation and tailored support to help individuals rebuild stability and move towards independent living.We are currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join the management team within a supported accommodation service. This is a key operational role overseeing day to day service delivery and supporting a team delivering frontline support to vulnerable adults.This position is initially offered on a temporary basis but may become permanent for the right person.The RoleThe Team Manager plays a central role in ensuring high quality support services are delivered within the accommodation setting.
