Karter Thomas Recruitment is recruiting for a Team Manager (Supported Housing) on behalf of a housing support provider who help their clients to live as as independently across Oxfordshire.The RoleYou will lead and line-manage Support Workers, ensuring high-quality, personalised support is delivered in line with regulatory and safeguarding requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and support a team of Support WorkersEnsure person-centred support, care planning, and risk assessmentsPromote safeguarding, quality, and compliance (including CQC standards)Deliver effective recruitment, inductions, supervision, and rota planningBuild positive relationships with individuals, families, and professionalsSupport service performance, audits, and budgetsAbout You Access to transport with a valid UK driving license Confident people manager with strong communication skills Strong understanding of safeguarding, person-centred practice, and GDPR Enhanced DBS (or willing to undertake)Desirable:Management experience in supported living or similar settingsKnowledge of CQC ..... full job details .....
