DescriptionLocation: HoveSalary: £34,800 per yearHours: 37 per weekWhat you''ll be doing:Southdown is a key delivery partner within the Lighthouse service, working in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to provide a specialist Tier 3 mental health service for adults experiencing complex emotional and relational needs. As Team Manager, you will lead a team of Recovery Specialists to deliver structured and recovery-focused support within a safe, psychologically informed environment. You''ll work closely with NHS colleagues to ensure coordinated, person-centred care and positive outcomes for those accessing the service. You will provide strong leadership across day-to-day delivery, supporting group-based interventions, managing risk and safeguarding, and driving quality and continuous improvement.We''re looking for a proactive and compassionate leader who can build strong partnerships, support their team to deliver high-quality care, and help people move towards recovery and independence.
