Your Experience:Managerial experience, ideally in a contact centre, financial or customer operations setting.Passion for problem-solving, decision-making, and team impact.Strong time management and organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication to engage and motivate.Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new systems.Commitment to team growth and outstanding customer experience.
