Team Manager Renters Rights

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead the implementation of the Renters Rights Act 2025 across a busy local authority. This is a key role responsible for ensuring the Council is fully compliant with new legislation while delivering a coordinated, tenant-focused approach across all services. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Regulatory Services, you will oversee both the strategic planning and day-to-day delivery of the programme, working closely with Housing, Finance, Data and Communications to ensure a smooth and effective rollout.
