We are looking for a confident, organised and values-driven Team Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our group of supported living services in Tewkesbury, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will lead a dedicated staff team, work closely with families and external professionals, drive high standards and make a genuine difference to the lives of the people we support. About the role As Team Manager, you will take ownership of the safe, effective and person-centred running of your allocated service or services.
