This is an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Manager to lead a CQC-regulated care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, support, and accommodation for residents. You will have overall responsibility for service quality, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and team leadership, driving a person-centred and recovery-focused approach that empowers service users and promotes positive outcomes. Working closely with staff, stakeholders, and residents, you will maintain high standards across all CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage risk effectively, and oversee the development and delivery of the service''s annual business plan.
