Recruit and train the best people for your team, developing their operational and leadership skills to deliver above and beyond in their roles.Coach your team to be passionate and knowledgeable about the products, building the store brand and delivering the right range, quality, and service to ensure customers keep returning.Lead your team in driving trade activity, using your expertise to grow sales and maximise profit.Lead and develop managers to deliver and sustain Store Change Plan and resource-planned activities, ensuring hours are worked where they benefit customers, and identify and resolve root causes with sustainable solutions and continual review.Prioritise colleague safety and ensure the store trades legally by coaching the team to use available security tools for a safer workplace.What you will need
Strong communication skills and the ability to share knowledge, experience, and best practices, working collaboratively to deliver results.Natural, welcoming approach with customers; listen to and understand others to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.Energy and resilience to maintain momentum in challenging environments; capable of owning store decisions and acting quickly in customers’ and colleagues’ interests.Ambition and drive to exceed expectations; maintain high performance and inspire confidence in those around you.Awareness of competitors and willingness to implement new initiatives to improve the store for customers.Benefits
