This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the strategic and operational delivery of our Recovery Café, a vital out-of-hours mental health crisis service operating 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team of Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers, volunteers and students to provide person-centred support that enables individuals to de-escalate immediate crises, build resilience and develop self-management strategies.
