Right now, we are looking for a Team Managerto play a pivotal role in our Recovery Café in Tooting, London Sounds great, what will I be doing? This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the strategic and operational delivery of our Recovery Café, a vital out-of-hours mental health crisis service operating 365 days a year, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Working closely with the Service Manager, you will help lead a dedicated team of Recovery Workers, Peer Support Workers, volunteers and students to provide person-centred support that enables individuals to de-escalate immediate crises, build resilience and develop self-management strategies. You will play a key role in service development, partnership building, performance management, and quality assurance, ensuring contractual outcomes, KPIs and customer experience standards are achieved. The postholder will contribute to staff supervision and recruitment, and team leadership.
