Team Manager - Mental Health

We provide specialist housing, care, and support to people who are socially excluded, disabled, unwell, or experiencing homelessness. This service provides high quality, trauma informed support to people with dual diagnosis individuals with a history of serious mental illness alongside drug and/or alcohol use. This is a leadership role where your experience, compassion, and values will directly shape a service that makes a meaningful difference. About the Role As Team Manager, you ll lead and develop a dedicated team of support staff delivering recovery focused, person centred services. Working collaboratively with customers, staff, and partners, you ll ensure the service operates safely, effectively, and in line with best practice, contractual standards, and Peabody values. You ll oversee a rota based staff team and play a key role in ensuring continuity, quality, and positive outcomes across the service. This role may also include participation in Mental Health out of hours on call arrangements, as required.
