Manage, supervise and support staff, ensuring effective workload and performance management. Ensure Child Protection Conferences are coordinated effectively and statutory timescales are met. Monitor service performance, quality assurance, workload and outcomes for children. Provide professional challenge and ensure the child''s voice, safety and best interests remain central.
