Team Manager - Independent Fostering Agency

An ''Outstanding rated'' Independent Fostering Agency group, with offices across the UK, who provide excellent support to all foster carers, children and young people are looking for a Team Manager to join their team at the company''s head quarters in Berkshire. As the Team Manager, you will be managing and monitoring the performance of a small social work team, plus overseeing the quality assurance of the service. This role is a full-time, and permanent position. The Ideally Team Manager will need to have fostering Experience, and ideally at least 2 years'' management experience managing a fostering or adoption service.
