You''ll spend regular time out in the field supporting your team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.You''ll be an important link between field-based teams and operational management, helping to identify and resolve issues quickly, improve first-time completion rates and ensure customers receive an excellent service.This position would suit an experienced Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Engineer who is ready to take greater responsibility for team performance and operational delivery.What You''ll Be DoingLeading and Developing the TeamYou''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and performance of a team of field-based technicians and engineers.
