Team Manager - Integrated Hospital Discharge Service 43.00 per hour ASAP StartHackney Council is currently recruiting for an experienced Adults Team Manager to join the Integrated Hospital Discharge Service.This is a key leadership role within a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment, focused on ensuring safe, timely, and effective hospital discharges for Hackney residents.About the RoleAs Team Manager, you will provide strong operational leadership across the service, managing a team responsible for complex discharge planning.
