Team Manager Harwood House - £32,760 - £38,220 per annum (Salaries vary depending on experiences) Contract Type Permanent, Full Time - 37 hours per week, Monday Friday, inclusive of bank holidays, Occasional Evening and Weekends, with occasional covering of shifts. You will be required to participate in an on-call rota as part of this role. Location Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire We are recruiting a Team Manager for our Harwood House Service, a 24/7 supported living scheme for adults with long term mental health issues. Clients are supported at Harwood House following extended stays on acute psychiatric and rehabilitation wards or are returning closer to home after periods in out of county placements. Role Overview You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring the team provides bespoke packages of support tailored to the needs of the individuals we support. You will ensure KPIs are met and audits are successful, demonstrating the service is operating efficiently and legally.
