We''re recruiting a full-time, permanent Team Manager to join our Rockingham site in Corby., working any 5 out of 7 days on rotating 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 shifts. We''re looking for hands-on leaders who can inspire colleagues, maintain high standards and deliver strong performance across safety, productivity and service. Pay, benefits and more: We''re offering a salary of £30,000- £32,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
