Core Responsibilities and Leadership FocusAs the Team Manager for Fostering Support and Supervision, your executive duties will span several critical areas:Operational and Practice Leadership: Lead, support, and manage a dedicated team of Supervising Social Workers. You will champion evidence-based practice, ensure work is appropriately allocated, and maintain robust management oversight across all care planning and carer guidance.Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement and maintain rigorous audit and performance monitoring systems.
