Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of field-based colleagues. Monitor performance against productivity, quality and compliance targets. Conduct regular one-to-ones, coaching sessions and performance reviews. Analyse KPI data and identify opportunities for improvement. Manage complaints, escalations and operational issues effectively.
