Team Manager - Family Help Team - Forest of Dean, Glos

Team Manager required for work within the Family Help Team in the Gloucestershire area in Forest of Dean. Candidates will be working in the long term Pay Rate - 47ph. Contract for 3- 6 months initially. Flexible hybrid working. We are currently recruiting a Family Help Team Leader to join our dedicated Family Help Service based in the Forest of Dean. As a Family Help Team Leader, you will provide operational oversight and quality assurance of Family Help practice within an area-based team. You will support workers to deliver high-quality, timely and evidence-informed interventions that reflect Gloucestershire''s practice model. You will directly supervise colleagues delivering support under the Targeted Early Help and Child in Need frameworks. This will include providing high-quality caseload and reflective supervision, maintaining oversight of assessment and intervention work, supporting effective resource allocation and ensuring that practice complies with legislation, statutory guidance and GCC policies. There is an expectation that you will be in the office for at least 3 days per week depending on business needs.
