As a Team Manager in the Family Help Team, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide critical support to families, ensuring they receive the care, guidance, and stability needed at pivotal times.In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of assessment, care planning, and intervention services for families, including those under targeted early help, child in need, and child protection pathways.
