About the RoleWalsall Council is seeking an experienced Team Manager to join the East Locality Family Help and Protection Team. This is an exciting opportunity for an established manager to lead a dedicated team delivering effective safeguarding, family help, and child protection services to children, young people, and families.Working within Children''s Social Care, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of social work professionals, ensuring high-quality practice, strong performance, and positive outcomes for children.
