This is a hybrid role, based in Birmingham two days a week, with the rest of the week working remotely.You''ll lead a team of 10 Referrals Officers who are the first point of contact for risk assessment, triage and onward coordination, working closely with partners across police, border agencies and local authorities. This is a 35-hour week fixed-term contract in a service that operates 24/7, 365 days a year, so you''ll need to be comfortable working a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.What you''ll doManager/Lead, support and motivate a frontline service team.Oversee referrals, risk assessment and casework workflows.Monitor performance, quality and reporting against service targets.Produce accurate reports and management information.Coach, develop and line manage staff through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.Improve processes, procedures and team consistency.Work collaboratively with ..... full job details .....
