The role will involve leading the preparation, implementation and monitoring of the Local Development Plan, managing a small team and ensuring compliance with the Delivery Agreement.This is a senior planning policy and development plans role requiring strong experience in development planning, Welsh planning policy, public sector planning, team management, RTPI eligibility and the ability to represent the Council at regional, national, committee, examination and inquiry settings.Important - Please Read CarefullyThis is a specialist Development Plans / Planning Policy role.Candidates must have proven experience working in a development planning or related environment and experience in a public sector planning environment.Candidates must be educated to degree level or equivalent in planning or a related discipline and be eligible for full RTPI membership.Candidates without development planning, planning ..... full job details .....
