''Pan Wales'' means the post holder can be based in any Welsh Government office, subject to business needs. Roles based outside Wales, including London, are not available unless explicitly stated in the advert. Purpose of post: CIW is the independent regulator of social care and childcare. CIW registers, inspects and takes action to improve the quality and safety of services for the well-being of the people of Wales. The post holder will report to the Senior Manager Project, Data and ICT Services and will shape and oversee the management of data collection, analysis and performance management on behalf of CIW. This role will involve working with colleagues to identify their information requirements, developing information solutions and engagement with internal and external stakeholders on the collection and use of information across the organisation.
