About the RoleAs Team Manager, you will lead a passionate and skilled team delivering high-quality specialist services to children, young people, families and carers. You will play a key role in shaping and driving forward contextual safeguarding across the North, ensuring effective assessment, timely support, and robust risk management.You will also support the Senior Manager in the development, delivery and continuous improvement of services, helping to ensure vulnerable children are protected from harm and given the best possible life chances.
