Team Manager -Children in Care Team - Camborne, Cornwall

Team Manager required for work within the LAC/CIC Service in the West Cornwall area in Camborne. Contract for 3- 6 months initially. Pay rate -43.70ph. Flexible hybrid working.

We require a qualified Social Work Team Manager to join our Child in Care Team in Camborne, West Cornwall. The primary role of a Team Manager in the Children & Families Service is to improve the welfare, safety and outcomes of the children and young people supported by the team.

With the advice, supervision and support of a Service Manager or Head of Service, the Team Manager manages a statutory service to children in need, including children in need of protection and children in care, in line with Working Together and Our Safeguarding Children Partnership continuum of need/threshold policy as well as a range of other approved policies, procedures and practice guidance related to the role and function of the team/service.

You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
