Key Responsibilities Provide robust supervision, coaching, and development support to a team of social workers and practitioners. Oversee and quality assure care planning, pathway planning, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure children achieve positive outcomes. Lead practice with children and young people who present with complex needs, trauma, exploitation risks, placement instability, and challenging behaviours. Ensure effective safeguarding responses with a strong understanding of Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and Contextual Safeguarding.
