Barnardo''s Greater Manchester Keyworking Service for Children and Young People with a Learning Disability/Autism (up to age 25) Are you passionate about children and young people with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism having the right support to remain living where possible in the community, avoiding unnecessary hospital admissions? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Manager in the Greater Manchester Keyworking Service in our Salford and Trafford team. As Team Manager you will work closely with key senior managers across education, health and social care to identify how collectively we can provide the right support, in the right way at the right time. You will provide day to day guidance and support, you will be involved in the development of the service, bringing your knowledge, skills, experience, enthusiasm and passion to contribute to better outcomes for children and families. We value creative thinking, problem solving and collaboration. As a member of the wider service leadership team, you will be required to work flexibly across the service, and this will involve travel across Greater Manchester. You will be part of the on-call rota system providing out of hours guidance, this averages one week in every 2 months for which there is an on-call payment. You are expected to be in the office on average 2 days per week to be available for your team, and also to provide face to face supervision, team meetings and informal support.
