Our Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services. We''re embedding our new restorative practice approach across our teams and making significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families. Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Children Services and must have substantial experience of working within Assessment and Intervention services, including undertaking assessments, planning interventions and managing risk to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Candidates should also possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to lead, support and develop the team.
