Team Manager- Assessment and Intervention Team- Exeter and East

Team Manager required for work within the Assessment and Intervention in Exeter and East, Devon. Competitive rates of pay 47.50ph, 3 months initial contracts 37 hours week. Devon offer an Accommodation/commuter allowance up to 150pw. Our Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services. We''re embedding our new restorative practice approach across our teams and making significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families. Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Children Services and must have substantial experience of working within Assessment and Intervention services, including undertaking assessments, planning interventions and managing risk to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Candidates should also possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to lead, support and develop the team. They must be able to commit to being on site at County Hall during duty weeks and as required, for example for training and team activities during non-duty weeks.
