Team Manager - Adult Mental Health

Our client, a North London borough, is seeking an agency Team Manager for its Adult Mental Health team.The role is paid at £43 per hour.The role will involve the following:Forensic servicesManaging day to day operations within the team, including assessment, case management, support planning and reviewEnsuring incoming work is screened, prioritised, and allocated appropriately, with timely case turnover.Leading safeguarding adults work under the Care Act 2014, including s.42 enquiries.Ensuring risk assessment and risk management processes are robust.Section 117Performance managementStrong LeadershipPlease let me know if you are interested?
