Team Leader/Supported Accommodation

Location: Bournemouth (Boscombe and Parkstone areas) Salary: 32,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week, including shifts, sleep-ins and some weekend working Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working in partnership with 3Hive Ltd, a family-run business providing therapeutic supported accommodation for young people aged 16+ within the care system. 3Hive currently operates 4 homes in the Bournemouth/Poole area, providing a safe, nurturing and supportive environment for young people as they prepare for greater independence. Their homes are designed to feel as much like a family home as possible, with dedicated teams providing support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. At the heart of 3Hive is a commitment to helping young people who may have experienced trauma, challenging behaviour, neglect or family breakdown. Their approach focuses on building positive relationships, developing confidence and giving young people the skills and support they need to move towards independent living. They are now looking for an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join their team. This is a hands-on role, working closely with the Registered Service Manager to support and guide staff whilst ensuring the young people receive the highest standards of care and support.
