Team Leader/Manager - Locality West (Generic Adult Social Care) - Leicester City Council

Our client, Leicester City Council, is seeking an agency Team Leader/Manager for its Locality Service in adult social care. This is a full-time post, likely to last 3 months initially.Paid at £42 per hour (umbrella).The role will involve the following:Managing a generic/locality service for adultsThe team mainly works with older adults or adults with a physical disability, along with issues such as substance misuse, homelessness etc.Supervising and supporting social workersManaging caseloads and performanceSafeguarding and risk managementQuality assuranceThis role will be hybrid with a minimum requirement to come to the office 2 days per week to interact and provide 1:1 to the staff and team meetingPlease let me know if you are interested?
