Wymondham Leisure Centre boasts a state-of-the-art gym, three studios, two swimming pools, relaxing spa facilities, a multi-functional sports hall, and an on-site caf . We are now looking for a proactive and dedicated Team Leader to join our team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.As a Team Leader, you will play a central role in the day-to-day operation of the centre. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of the facility, acting as a keyholder and the senior staff member in the absence of the Assistant Centre Managers.You will take responsibility for supervising the centre during your shift, maintaining high standards across all areas, and ensuring that every customer receives a first-class service. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a flexible approach.Key responsibilities include leading an operational team to deliver a high-quality service, overseeing the day-to-day management of the building, its users, and staffing teams, and ensuring the centre is well-presented, fully operational, and compliant with health and safety requirements. You will also support the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Managers in the ongoing operation of the facility.In addition, you will work closely with the Fitness Team and Front of House staff, offering guidance and support where needed.
