Team Leader Day and Twilight ShiftsLocation: Norton, Worcester, WR5 2DF Pay: £13.45 per hour Type: Full-time, ongoing Transport: Own transport is required due to the location of the site.We are currently recruiting for 2 Team Leaders to join a busy Materials Reclamation Facility (MRF)Shift OptionsDay Shift: 06 30, Monday to Friday Twilight Shift: 14 00, Monday to Thursday, and 14 00 on FridayThe RoleAs a Team Leader, you will support the Supervisor/Manager with the safe and efficient running of the site and help lead the operational team.Key responsibilities include: Supervising and supporting the teamEnsuring Health and Safety procedures are followedMonitoring team performance and standardsSupporting staff training and developmentOperating plant and machinery where appropriately trainedReporting accidents, hazards and unsafe practicesMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working environmentCompleting operational records and schedules About YouWe are looking for someone who: Has previous Team Leader or supervisory experience, ideally within manufacturing, recycling or a similar environmentHas a strong understanding of Health and SafetyIs reliable, organised and confident leading a teamHas good communication skillsCan work well under pressureIs safety-focused and team-orientedHas basic Microsoft Office skills Previous experience in a recycling or MRF environment is desirable but not essential.Benefits £13.45 per hour28 days annual leavePension schemeLife insuranceTraining ..... full job details .....
