Production Line LeaderEvesham £31,000 per annumLocation: EveshamSalary: £30,900 per annumShift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am 3:00pmEnvironment: Chilled Food ProductionJob Type: PermanentWe are seeking an experienced and driven Production Line Leader to join a dynamic chilled food production facility in Evesham.This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior experience in production, food manufacturing, or supervisory roles who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy leading teams to consistently meet production, quality, and safety targets.The RoleAs a Production Line Leader, you will oversee and support a team of Production Operatives, including agency staff, ensuring the production line operates safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities Lead, organise and allocate tasks to team members to achieve daily production targetsSet up the production line and ensure smooth job completion with minimal disruptionMonitor production performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessaryOrder raw materials and packaging to maintain stock levelsEnsure correct packaging is used and minimise unnecessary packaging wasteAccurately complete production and job sheets in a timely mannerMaintain performance boards, recording any missing information or reasons for discrepanciesUphold quality standards and consistently meet service level expectationsMonitor and help reduce waste in line with company objectivesConduct required Health and ..... full job details .....
