This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strong leadership and organisational skills.DutiesLead, motivate and support the welding teamAllocate workloads and monitor production progress Ensure welding operations meet quality and safety standards Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications Carry out in-process inspections and final quality checks Work closely with production, quality and engineering teams Support training and development of team members Promote Lean manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company procedures Assist with problem-solving and root cause analysis activities Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience within a welding or ..... full job details .....
