Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader for one of our clients in Preston area PR1.

- Managing staff members

- Set, monitor and maintain operational targets set for the tasks carried out in operations

- Lead under your own initiative to achieve objectives and work towards continuous improvement in all areas of operations

- Liaising with other departments, customers and suppliers

- Oversee the production

- Coordinate with couriers to ensure goods are ready for despatch and all relevant documents are produced

- Monitor staff training

MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7:45AM - 16:15PM (40HRS PER WEEK) - SOME FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED ADHOC EITHER SIDE AND ON A SATURDAY.
