Ability to confidently use customer order portals, downloading EDI orders creating labels, manifests, arrange transport and updating dispatched orders. - Proactively takes accountability for achieving / exceeding customer requirements, driving tasks through to completion - Goods Received and Stock: Plan the unloading, receiving, checking and store of goods received in designated areas of containerised products, booking received product onto the ERP system. Check & inspect goods to identify potentially damaged items. Maintaining accurate stock figures by regular stock takes. - Samples: Track samples, sample shipping quotes and arrange transport. - To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve operational standards. - Manage 2 full time staff and temps as required.
