What will you be doing?

• Supervise all relevant team members, frontline operations, mobile plant and Site equipment
  
• Undertake weighbridge duties as required
  
• Ensure that the sites are compliant with weighbridge procedures
  
• Oversee the processes of receiving, transferring and storing of all wastes in line with the environmental permits.
  
• Operate and maintain equipment and mobile plant in line with company procedure and legislation.
  
• Support the Site Manager in relevant ER processes and investigation
  

• Supervise and liaise with the Environmental Agency, Haulage, third parties and Hampshire County Council, in line Client Contracts.
  
• Complete all necessary Internal and External communication and documentation in a timely and accurate manner to your direct site team.
  

What are we looking for?

• Similar operational team leader / managerial experience
  
• Good working knowledge of Health & Safety
  
• Good IT skills
