Job Introduction At Turning Point, we support people with Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Substance Misuse across England. The successful candidate will work as a part of a team based at Beacon Lodge in Gedling Nottingham. We are a 12-bed mixed service that support individuals leaving acute mental health wards to transition back into the community. Role Responsibility As Team Leader you will support the development of this service, providing line management to the team and enabling the service to meet and exceed outcomes and quality requirements that promote independence, self- management and resilience for the individuals we support. You will support with the management of referrals within the service to ensure that any bed vacancies at the service are co-ordinated with our funders Nottinghamshire NHS Foundation Trust. A background in coordinating in an environment supporting vulnerable people is essential. Experience of service planning and ensuring that services are well positioned to meet contractual requirements would also be advantageous. You will also have experience of working with people with mental health needs.
