We require applicants to hold a relevant university degree or relevant professional qualification AND 1 year''s previous experience in a Recruitment Environment within a large multidisciplinary organisation. OR 3 years'' experience in a Recruitment Environment within a large multidisciplinary organisation.Applicants are required to have experience of overseeing/leading a team to deliver results within a target driven environment. You will also be required to have experience in the development/design of delivery of training.
