About the Role:
We are currently seeking a confident and well-organised Production/Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and growing team based in Ferndown. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic supervisory or team-leading experience who is looking to step into a hands-on leadership role within a warehouse/production environment. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production team
• Lead, motivate, and support team members to meet production targets
• Ensure work is carried out efficiently, safely, and to a high standard
• Monitor workflow and address any issues that may impact productivity
• Maintain clear communication between team members and management
• Support training and development of new and existing staff

 
Requirements:

• Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role (production or similar environment preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
• Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure
